1 August 2021 – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) declared that the Career Service Examination for Foreign Service Officer (CSE-FSO) will be moved to 12 September from its unique date of 22 August.
In the advisory, the CSC clarified that the rescheduling is an aftereffect of the execution of the Enhanced Community Quarantine in the National Capital Region (NCR) from 6 to August 20, which has influenced the preliminary or regulatory prerequisites and strategies important for the implementation of the said test.
In addition, the limitations executed by the government would undoubtedly influence the mobility of the examinees, the greater part of whom will come from NCR.
A sum of 777 examinees are booked to take the CSE-FSO at testing focuses in Bacolod City, Baguio City, Cagayan de Oro City, Cebu City, Davao City, Iloilo City, Legazpi City, Lucena City, Quezon City, San Fernando City (La Union), City of San Fernando (Pampanga), Tuguegarao City, and Zamboanga City.
