The Civil Service Commission (CSC) reminded government offices to present the 2020 Statements of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN) to the legitimate repository agency until 30 July.

Submission of physical or electronic copies to concerned repository agency will be considered for the 2020 SALNs, this as per CSC Resolution No. 2100339, circularized by means of Memorandum Circular No. 6, s. 2021, containing the rules for the submission of SALN during special conditions.

For agencies who opt for physical submission, the current rules for SALN shall apply. SALNs for physical submission shall incorporate both actual SALNs and printed duplicates electronically recorded.

On account of electronic submission, the electronic SALNs maybe submitted or communicated to the appropriate archive office utilizing a USB drive or storage disc. SALNs covered under this method covers those electronically submitted includings scanned copies.

In the two modes, government offices are needed to submit list of SALNs electronically and physically filed.

For organizations submitting to the CSC, SALNs may be transmitted either through physical or electronic modes to appropriate CSC Regional Offices (RO) or Field Offices (FO). The CSC ROs/FOs will, thus, send them to the CSC Central Office’s Integrated Records Management Office.
